Mini Challenge: Squats!

I haven’t done any kind of exercise these past weeks because I wasn’t getting the right dose of medication and I had a bad case of UTI that gave me daily fevers. I’ve already lost so much muscle strength and stamina in the past two or so months without a regular workout.

Anyway! Now that my meds are up, I’m back on antibiotics, and I’m feeling good on a daily basis, time for me to go back to a workout routine! I’ve already started with squats this 1st of November and I’m planning to build on that with more exercises as I progress this month and until December.

HOORAY! I’m feeling good about all of this. My cardinal rule for physical fitness is: Exercise when you can. Because there will be days (weeks or months) that will derail you from your workout routines, and those times, we can rely on our GAINS to get us through until we go back to our routine again. Also, physical fitness is as much a priority as healthful eating, family time, and work.
